The rate chart lists the cost per person depending on the options that you choose.

Payment Schedule

Resort Accommodations
Deposit due at the time of booking - $150.00 Per Person based on double occupancy
Initial deposit is due by 8/1/12
Second payment is due by 11/15/12
Final payment due 2/1/13

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations received:
From 8/1/12 to 11/28/12, a penalty of $50 per person will be assessed for any cancellations.
From 11/29/12 to 12/28/12, a penalty of $200 per person will be assessed for any cancellations.
From 12/29/12 to 1/31/13, a penalty of $300 per person will be assessed for any cancellations.
After final payment is received on February 1, 2013, any cancellations will result in 100% penalty, no refunds.

$100 per person until Dec. 1, 2012
$150 per person after Dec. 1, 2012
Purchase of Parrothead Credentials is non-refundable.
