The price listed does not include airfare. You will be responsible for

purchasing your own airfare. Round Trip airport transfers are included in

the price.

Deposit

Deposit due at the time of booking - $250 Per Person

Deposit is fully refundable up to 1/15/25.

Payment Schedule

Initial deposit of $250 per person is due upon booking.

1st payment of $500 per person is due 4/1/24

2nd payment of $500 per person is due 9/1/24

Final payment of remaining balance is due 2/1/25

Parrot Head Credentials will need to be purchased prior to the

trip. These credentials entitle you to attend all private

Parrot Head events & activities planned for the group.

The credentials may only be purchased if your reservation is

listed with the group indicated as COPA.

The Parrot Head Credentials are $150 per person.

Since we are opening booking very early, Credentials are not

required at the time of registration. A deadline date for purchase

will be announced at a later date.

Once purchased, Parrot Head Credentials are non-refundable.

Cancellations received: Prior to 1/15/25 - Full refund

95 - 61 Days Prior to Arrival - 75% refund

60-46 Days Prior to Arrival - 50% refund

45 Days or Less Prior to Arrival - No refunds are available.

All you need is a credit card for your deposit and you’ll be

booked and ready to enjoy your island paradise!
