Initial deposit of $200 is due by 8/21/15 Second payment of $200 is due by 12/1/15 Final payment of remaining balance is due 2/10/16 Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellations received: From 8/21/15 thru 12/17/15, a penalty of $50 per person will be assessed for any cancellations. From 12/18/15 to 2/11/16, a penalty of one night per person will be assessed for any cancellations. From 12/12/16 thru 3/12/16, a penalty of 50% per person will be assessed for any cancellations.
